We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the central area. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, they were helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious and well-equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We loved the comfortable sitting area and the free toiletries provided in the bathroom. The electric kettle in the room was a convenient addition and we enjoyed watching television in our downtime. The in-house restaurant offered delicious meals and the staff was attentive and friendly.
We highly recommend this place to everyone.

We had a great stay in the heart of the city. the location was perfect, near public transportation and within walking distance of many restaurants. the room was spacious and provided us with a great view. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the breakfast was delicious and had a lot of choices. We were pleasantly surprised by the included amenities such as the gym.
The staff could have been more attentive to our needs.

The price offered good value in comparison to other hotels in the same area. The location was convenient as it was within walking distance of a central hub.
The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired with pests found in the room. The staff was rude and unhelpful, with poor hospitality skills. Noise from other guests kept me from being able to sleep peacefully.

We had a great stay with various highlights: The hotel's location was amazing with KL central being just a short walk away. Also, transportation was a breeze as we could easily move around this city. The hotel facilities were impeccable, as were the cleanliness standards. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond in ensuring we were comfortably accommodated.

The price was reasonable and the location was convenient as it was within walking distance to the central area.
The cleanliness of the room was poor and I found pests. the staff was also impolite and did not seem to care about customer satisfaction.
